Setelah lumat, letak sesenduk santan ke dalam lesung batu tadi dan gaulkan dengan bahan yang ditumbuk tadi. Tuangkan santan yang telah digaul bersama bahan tumbuk kedalam kuali atau periuk. Masukkan baki santan dan gaulkan lagi kedalam periuk supaya santan menjadi sebati dengan bahan yang ditumbuk.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;3. Masukkan ikan, serai dan asam gelugor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;4. Masak dengan api sederhana. Sentiasa kacau santan supaya tidak pecah minyak. Kacau sehingga mendidih.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;5. Kemudian masukkan tomato dan rasakan garam. Dari cerita rakan mama ni, agak sukar nak buat botok-botok ni terutama bagi yang tinggal kat bandar pasal sukar nak cari 7 jenis daun yang menjadi resepi botok-botok ni. Goreng siakap yang siap dilumur garam, serbuk kunyit dan tepung jagung dalam minyak yang banyak sehingga garing. Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebij sambil dipukul lagi hingga kembang. Titiskan pewarna sedikit&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;demi sedikit.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;5.Apabila siap,letakkan adunan kedalam loyang pembakar yang telah dilenser dengan marjerin atau lebihan buttercup tadi dan sedikit tepung gandum. Gunakan sudu untuk meletakkan adunan secara berselang seli kedalam loyang pembakar. Buat hingga habis.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;6. Lagi-lagi dengan terkejar2 nak uruskan anak2 yang masih kecil. Jadi pada hari pertama puasa, mama telah sediakan sambal buncis campur tempe untuk juadah berbuka. Mari lihat bagaimana menyediakannya.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan-bahan:&lt;br /&gt;Segenggam kacang buncis dipotong serong&lt;br /&gt;2 keping tempe (mama beli yang dibungkus dalam sejenis daun, x tau daun ape, jadi tempenye bersaiz kecil)&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;- potong kecil2 tempe ni&lt;br /&gt;Segenggam ikan bilis&lt;br /&gt;Bawang besar dihiris nipis&lt;br /&gt;3&amp;nbsp;sudu ciliboh (Boleh tambah ikut suka pedas mana)&lt;br /&gt;Gula dan garam secukup rasa&lt;br /&gt;Minyak &lt;br /&gt;Sedikit air&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara masak :-&lt;br /&gt;1. Goreng tempe sehingga kekuningan. Ketepikan&lt;br /&gt;2. Goreng ikan bilis hingga garing. Ketepikan.&lt;br /&gt;3. Tumis bawang besar hingga naik bau.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan cili boh dan tumis hingga garing. Masukkan gula.&lt;br /&gt;5. Kemudian masukkan kacang buncis. Kaup balikkan dengan cili tadi. Terima kasih kepada kawan2 yang telah menghadiahkan mixer kepada mama. Kini lengkapla alatan asas utk buat kek. Yeehaaa!!!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Projek pertama mama sebenarnya gagal. Sebab kek hangus. Heheheh..Akibat terlalu lurus follow resepi kat kotak kek, akhirnya menyebabkan kegagalan projek tersebut. Tapi gagal tak bermakna mama putus asa. Mama teruskan lagi dengan 2nd projek iaitu kek coklat. Tapi utk pengetahuan sume, buat masa ni mama hanya mencuba kek dari tepung segera yg terdapat di pasaran. Sebabnya mama nak bermain trial n error menggunakan oven. Nak tgk betul x suhu dan masa membakar yg dicadangkan dlm resepi. Mama pun dah cuba dan hasilnya seperti dalam gambar (gambar kurang memuaskan).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan-bahan:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. untuk roti piza&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 cawan tepung gandum&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 sudu besar mauripan&lt;br /&gt;garam secukup rasa&lt;br /&gt;air suam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;cara buat roti&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Mauripan dan garam dicampur dalam air suam dan kacau sehingga sebati. Kemudian tuang campuran tadi ke dalam bekas yang sudah diletakkan tepung gandum dan uli. Biarkan adunan kembang.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. bahan untuk topping&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cendawan butang&lt;br /&gt;Capsicum&lt;br /&gt;Nenas dalam tin&lt;br /&gt;Tomato puri&lt;br /&gt;Keju chedar&lt;br /&gt;Isi ayam&lt;br /&gt;Ciliboh&lt;br /&gt;Bawang besar&lt;br /&gt;Bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;Oregano&lt;br /&gt;Sedikit margerine&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara buat toping:&lt;br /&gt;1. Panaskan minyak.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;2. Tumis udang. Bila merah, angkat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;3. Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, serai, daun limau purut. Biar sekejap sampai&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;naik bau&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;4. Masukkan kacang buncis dan tumis sebentar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;5. Masukkan sos lada hitam&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;6.
